The acronym GLAD coming from “Great Lakes Assistance & Distribution” is not a coincidence and reflects exactly our philosophy about how we like to do business and how we like to establish and maintain long term relationship with our customers.
Our main goal is the entire satisfaction of the customer by providing the best service and the best equipment available on the market whatever the job is : rental, event organisation, sale or fixed installation.
This difficult task is realised in 3 major steps :
- First of all by understanding the precise needs of the customer and provide him the best solution for those needs.
- Second by investing a lot of time and efforts in the formation and training of the personal who will manage the equipment.
- And third by servicing and maintaining the equipment to the highest standards of quality.
As you can see, these 3 steps can be applied for both rental and sale activities with some variations of course and knowing our customer’s business greatly improve our understanding on how we can satisfy at best their requests, even the most crazy.
There is no limit in imagination !
In fact, investing time and money in intensive staff trainings and rigorous maintenance procedures allow us in our rental department to always bring you the perfect solution that “will work” with perfect state material and highly skilled technicians who know how it works.
Our sale department is not behind and always ensures to know about the latest technological developments to always find the most up to date and appropriate solution for the customer request, this also improve the rental department.
